Ann: Update - Notification of buy-back - ICI, page-16

With what I have seen so far, especially in the tech space, there has been a lot of co's with little to no revenue and a high cash burn
Thinking ICI might have a much healthier looking 4C and show a lot of cash reserves giving confidence to no more raising at all in order to bringing their vision to reality
Should draw some eyes to the stock!
It isn't right to assume, but in this case I really feel like they wouldn't have been purchasing stock like they have lately if they knew it was going to be a flop of a quarterly?
Time will tell
