Cant agree with that Art. Every other webinar has been at around 1am -2am in the morning for him. Being the consummate professional I think the time would not bother Paul if it was good news and he would want to maximize shareholder value at the most appropriate time to announce.
I agree with Topher that it MOST likely is the explanation to the lack of funds in the 4 c.
