    Can someone help me here, I am a little bit confused as German shareholder.

    It seems that for the 70ct CR Germany will be included (as they only need residence here) but for the IPO only "qualified investors" and up to 150 individuals are entitled.
    What does that mean? As most of retail shareholders are not qualified investors and we have more than 150 shareholders I guess we will be excluded? Are the 150 first come first serve?
