They had until 30 April so submit their best offer and exercise the option to make it binding. There was no mention that we had to accept or decline by the same date. With the 2 other offers and still others conducting DD, I doubt very much that we will hear anything for a few more weeks. I don't think Cluff are out of the picture yet, and I still think we may get more than one partner. Whether we also raise a few $M is one question. What % we retain is the other.
