Buried in 4C today, equity in Volt was partially sold - raising $1m which went to pay down senior lender. Potentially a forced sale. Unsure how, given context, this wasn't a material transaction and disclosable to shareholders at the time. As it stands, unclear how much of the Volt holding was sold or if a capital loss resulted.
