Fundamentals will win out in the end, one way or another, but there's no doubt that there has been shorting activity on the way down. This will gradually unwind. Maybe it already is.
Another point is that between them Dean Mintz and Cat Rock have 260 million shares, which is over 68% of the company. $250m of value has just disappeared since Dean sold stock and that could change everything. I wouldn't rule out this company going private.
