You are being too emotional, and need to be more rational. ASX do not get involved in companies trading and business operations re day-to-day cash levels. They would need 1,000 more staff.
They will do a CR to raise the cash, and then in 3-6 months credit facility.
Not good management to raise credit facility 12+ months ago, but that's bad PR etc.
