Heaven knows every company has scope for improvement, but lots of hand wringing here over the 5% of the business SYA is perceived to be getting wrong…

Brett and the team are no doubt working to improve here and will in due course, but I prefer to focus on the 95% of the stuff their doing RIGHT (and is the envy of the vast majority of other companies). The market understands that so much has been done efficiently, methodically and strategically over the past two years.

32.5 cents today, 15 cents six months ago, 3.5 cents a year ago, under a cent eighteen months ago. This doesn’t happen by chance or under the watch of cowboys….I back the team 100% because they’ll keep reaching for greatness.
