they had a non binding agreement. Option to make it binding. They chose to take that and extended to April 30 with the new information provided by IVZ.
others have now also bid. Cluff has put in their final offer. One of the three (or 4 or 5) will become binding once IVZ accepts it.
it’s actually very clear what they are doing, stop making it look like it isn’t
