You could be right ... the shorters may be trying to create more negative sentiment by their behaviour.
No doubt there is tree shaking, but that surely must have a limit? Unless they know something.
Perhaps they are enjoying selling on manipulated highs and buying on following lows.
You would think their rising net short positions could become hard to cover.
Just hoping they don't have access to secret negative factors and that all will turn out well for those holding.
