Hi @brownlikewood
Thanks for the response. I understand the accounting principles, and the difference between cashflow and P&L; that’s not my query. Let me put it another way:
Q1
Sales: $2,786
Prod. cost: ($1,260)
Q2
Sales: $8,158
Prod. cost: ($4,720)
Q3
Sales: $3,067
Prod. cost: ($3,424)
Just curious on the trend here. Nothing nefarious, it’s just the number that jumped out which is driving the loss. I presume the prod. costs will stay lower in the final quarter?
FWIW I think the result was OK, revenue was down 60% verse prior quarter but they foreshadowed this in the March TCV update, and they only need to do another $3M to hit lower end of guidance. @Geoff123 it’s not hate/doubt I think it’s logical to question figures in the cashflow statement, otherwise why are they reported?
Cheers
