I don't know if its necessarily that the market isn't happy with the last quarter. More disappointed in the poor timing of the CR.

It's not out of the question for a company's share price to drop back to the CR price. This happens more often than not in my experience. Looking long term, I'm pretty confident that come December this year the share price will be much higher than 2.5c and therefore turn a tidy little profit.

If you think that the share price is going to stay under 2.5c for years to come then by all means don't take part in the rights issue and sell your stock while it's above 2.5c.
