I think you got the figures wrong.
Its 139 units “per quarter” not p.a.
350 USD per unit, and they already increased unit price through negotiation with distributor. Say 400 USD per unit now.
And don’t forget it’s an ordinary quarter. If they can just get it to 200 units next quarterly and continue to reduce costs. Ie Sack the CEO or just don’t have an executive team. Pay the sales people a commission and use the money saved on marketing through spam email and social media.
800 times 400 is 320k USD sales per sales rep. That’s almost 500k AUD per rep!!!. Pay the sales reps 50k base. They are only sales reps, not kidney consultants.
