Once converted to fully paid ordinary shares they count towards the market cap (obviously), the current market cap you see here and in your broker account doesn’t take options etc into account. When you hear the term “fully diluted market cap” this does take options into account, you can do the calc’ by searching all fpo’s, options etc on issue and multiplying by the current sp
