Running discussion on SP, page-69818

Ive read some of Jens-SaneGeist exchanges on twitter with regards to the disputes of alleged ownership percentages in Dathcom
Did some digging and would like everyone to chip in or correct me from my research as far.. I only started this because of the alleged Associate in Dathcom companies on DRC's company register as follows:



Quoting from Boatsman quick summary of the ownership as follows:

First increase in stake form 24/06/19 (60% + 5% = 65%)


This is comfirmed to have been completed via the announcement of 01/10/19

This would put the new ownership at AVZ 65/Dathomir 5/Cominere 30

2nd Equity ownership transaction (10%) from 21/09/20


Haven't went as far as to find the completion of such transaction.. and I wouldn't know how Dathomir would be able to sell us another 10%, when they only have 5% left ? Unless they bought it off Cominere, but where would this put Jin Cheng or Cominere ?

Would love to be enlightened with someone who knows more to put such alleged bullshit/speculations to the grave ! I honestly believe we have ownership of 75%, just everyone putting a piece of the puzzle together would go a long way in putting some of the retarded or lack of duedilligence investors to stfu/rest.
