coal and gas will continue to be required for at least a decade and maybe longer dependent on the will of Govt to enable and plan a transition period. This won't happen under LibCons as they want nothing other than continuation of ancient and heavily polluting fuel and so far have refused to plan the transition or enable coal workers to skill-up for alternative work.
