What looks suspicious about this detail, is that our administrators are McGrath Nicol, so if that is the case why is Steve at Nicols and Brien organising this meeting??

Perhaps this is a way of outsourcing work to a third party that is not inside McGrath Nicol and still receiving the payments?

Passing work on to your sister company, to me is not 'at arms length'...

Is this a way to ensure they quickly push this sale of the ResGen shell to Capeke Pty Ltd, and ignore our assets to ensure they close this entire case and move on with their $300,000 payday...

Is this administration industry above the law or simply unregulated????
