Not likely to get much shareholder support unless top range offer, remember that IGO has 5% holding plus JV and Rio has 65% of the Northern tenements in JV, NCM would have to do deals with both of those entities long before an offer goes on the table to shareholders. The only logical thing for NCM is to do a deal with AZY on their 100% ground, eg either JV or agree on favourable terms to process .
