    Why does it say this in paragraph 2.

    Accordingly, HOCHTIEF Australia has chosen NOT to proceed to compulsory acquisition under the general compulsory acquisition power in Part 6A.2 of the Act

    then go on to say how they’re going to do it. Surely that’s a really poor place to have a typo
