Sorry, but I don't understand that mentality, it was totally yours you just decided not to take it for hope that there was more to take. If your paper profits are 7% per annum and you leave 2% on the table so you take just 5% instead, then over the long run you will leave behind 75% of your earnings. You have sabotaged the compounding effect. Not advice just a mathematical certainty. Fan better to sell half at a 5R and ride a free trade.
