not defending Scomo but Albo saying he is going to life wages is 100% a straight lie....the government can do little to nothing to directly lift wages of an individual (unless you work for the government). To make this promise appeals to the uneducated and mis-informed but anyone with half a brain know this is straight BS
I put the Albo promising to lift wages in the same bucket as Clive promising to keep home loan rates a 3% it is a blatant lie.
