4DS - Anything but Charting, page-22786

I think we need a more thorough discussion about Delay / Disclosure / Final price.

We need to hear different solidly argumented point of view.

My opinion is that 4DS management needs to go fast and this has two consequences :
- Need for an early disclosure of any technical advancement (without waiting for julay out-of fab) to people with "state of the art" knowledge. This is to create a climat of expectation in the industry research centers, so as to have early reactions when the tests chips are dispached to potential bidders.
- Need to build a precise knowledge of the market to determine how much bidders will be ready to pay, and in what delay, for the technology.
And that means having exchange of informations with both managers and reaserchers as soon as possible.

But this is only my opinion and I need it to be criticised by seasonned investors before commiting more money to 4DS (other than usual trading parcels).

For exemple, i think KH needs to move fast and start to test the marquet immediatly.
But is that true ?
Is there any other realistic scenario where he will take his time and make a CR in november as they do every year ?
