lol ... ! 14% interest rate is cheap.... wow ... !
They told you they need it in December, they then told you again that they will use it and then they told you they don't need it in a very clear statement which lifted share price so those shareholder who bought on market after reading announcement that they don't need it but then realised that they need it within 8 week .. lol ..... !!!
if you are OK with this type of change in announcement then well done.... !
