The Chairman should change the voting to "Show off Hand" voting to counter his scheming!
One vote per shareholder irrespective of how much share bought into this company!…..Grok and T20 would only get one vote each
This is the trouble when a public company voting system is adulterated,being based on the number of shares held…it changes the public concept into a pseudo private company based on contribution
