If Boikerabelo Mine has been sold cheaply by South African Administrators without shareholders knowledge (unknown yet) then the debt held by Resource Generation Limited can’t be $112 million. It should be much less, in which case the Stanton valuation and recapitalisation proposal is complete fiction. If the Stanton Report is flawed the meeting cannot go ahead.
