you are actually incorrect, no one on the Board has ever run a mine before.
Look at their experience, non is actually running or operating a mining project. One guy has exeperience on engineering projects for Sedgmans ( not mining or managing a mining contractor) the other is a Geo who has drilled a few holes for big names yet no mining experience. The other two are finance guys selling a story.
Remember most brokers make their money from commission on Capital Raises and Corporate advisor fees and options, so it is in their best interest to keep raising. All good for a new listing, yet this is now moving to production, so need an experienced mine manager/eathmover/ contarctor and a metalurgist to make sure the plant works. We dont need to being a guy on the Board $150k to look where to drill holes until we have a gold pour.
This is where it will make or break TBA.
