I doubt the companies financial situation would apply in in this case as there are 4 suiters vying for the goods.. It's the quality of the goods on offer that is the crux of the matter, and how bad each of them want a slice of than pie, or all of it for that matter.. If they perceive the pie as worthy they will fight amongst themselves for it... Much to we shareholders advantage...
