Not sure that’s totally true the only big signed and delivered deal the company currently have is via Ellume who very cleverly utilised the political connections, lobby and strategies of the former treasurer in Joe Hockey to engage with the US decision makers early and create a monster deal and emergency approval from nothing. Ellume now have an operational capability of up to 15m tests a month courtesy of these interactions. In turn the US now have sovereign capability to supply themselves well into the future.
It doesn’t have to be brown paper bags it is more about engaging the right connected people to assist in gaining access to those that make the decisions, when they are not aware of the best tech or potential capabilities they are highly unlikely to support it.
