I did wrote in haste a bit so it might comes across like that. The third paragraph of my post states specifically that I don't believe it is Merck who terminates the agreement. That means I strongly believe it is IMU who terminates the agreement.

My first paragraph, basically what I meant to say is that IMU would not terminate and then have to pay for the Keytruda. They are not that foolish. Therefore they must have terminate because of something else brewing which is my strong belief if you read all my other posts as well.

Hope that clarifies any misunderstanding.
