This makes the Moblan deal look even better than we thought.
Sayona paid $86M USD for 60% of Moblan which amounts to about 8Mt @1.45%
Livent issued 17,500,000 shares @ $21.50 USD of $376,250,000 USD to get 25% of Nemaska's 40mt or resource. or about 10mt
Sayona has 119mt tons - nearly 11x of this at the integrated NAL/Authier mine... That is nearly 6 Billion just on the value of the resource at NAL/Authier.
