I would think it's by them. Matt has mentioned a couple of times that they were looking at acquiring another product which would bring them closer and quicker to being a mid sized commercial company. Also that they were looking into acquiring other assets which would fit in with their current range or use the Permatrex delivery system. He was saying that they wanted to take advantage of the market at the moment where they could pick up assets which were currently undervalued. Let's hope it's something Vince can go and run with!
