Most industry superfund doesn't allow investment in sub ASX 300 companies, and when a company does get into the 300, I think there is a limit on distribution weighing not more than 25% generally in any single stock from memory.
I believe most people who manage to buy in their super had a SMSF, e.g with Esuperfund or similar. That allows for discretion in asset allocation within a super.
