Personally all I think we are on the start line for several interest rate increases, all teh while inflation is doing its thing, we won't go backwards, BUT saying that, maybe a years time - houses prices crashed, inflation down, Russia is either stopped or stops its war, food & fuel prices get cheaper, then we may see a reverse.
