yeh but...feb 25th announcement, the shortfall was given to VSG via VBS exchange, so directors have agreed to help them get alot of shares at discounted price and now these friendly investor associates are making a bid. so friends are likely to help out friends. pressure is on to agree to a takeover. so after years of shareholder risk, when the boxes are ticked, they can take over. make notes on directors and where they move on to later and which employers. it might all be legal but it stinks anyway, theres always mistakes along the timeline...imo. its needs to be 50 cents at this stage or nothing. serious.
