You pay nothing more than an EP (Exercise Price). It is not a Fee. The respective EP's are 5c for the OD's 6c for the OC's - for which you have plenty of time to exercise them, & at any time up to their Expiry Date - and 7c for the OB's but for which you only have until 01 June 2022 to do so.
If you are still holding them after that date you lose your moola.
My sentiment ?
After today's severe downturn in the Oppies - for no fundamental reason - if I had any funds available I'd be buying the OD's (rather than the OC's) given the OD's slightly better leverage
compared to buying the shares. (heads).
