Other than stopping the trial and reappointing a different principal investigator then restarting the trial with no guarantee of a different outcome, how do you think that Bob's level of haste would speed up the recruiting of patients?
Bob has made some poor calls in the last 5 years but this issue is the responsibility of the Principal investigator.
