Fair comment Art , the oppies at 15c would presume shares at 30c which I would sincerely hope to be well north of that. There will be arbitrage between the two, around the conversion date as the oppies become worth less. So, timing is important , don't leave it too long if the sale of the options to fund the conversion , is necessary. Not a bad idea to have enough shares to sell and convert, then it is possible to leave the conversion as late as necessary to meet the 31 March 2023 date.
Just a few ideas for anyone who has not experienced conversion of options , cheers
