    Agreed. A $40m to $57m equity raise should be a doddle for a company with these metrics. IMO, good chance that will go to institutions.
    So much so, it's possibly already unofficially locked in, hence the timing and amount of this raise.

    I see the current raise allows for a further $10m over subscriptions. Will be a very good sign if the extra $10m gets snapped up.
