Painful is one way to put it.
I started invested around June/July last year. Up until a few weeks ago, I thought I was Warren Buffet or something with the gains I was making.
Then my portfolio profit dropped by more than 50% in the space of a matter of days.
Now I keep telling myself that nothing has changed, other than general market fluctuations (interest rates, war, etc). So I'm not selling as I don't see a point.
But it's still painful to watch.
