    do you take a website update over an ASX announcement?

    If in fact AVZ is lying about "Being in advanced discussions around the 15%" and "Having legal right to 75%" then a class action is on them...

    But why would they risk that?

    This is a website update people are sharing, we have presidential support, we are on the seat of the battery council and this is not an international affair...

    What ever low lying corruption that has occurred will be undone swiftly in due course.
