I am a little bit confused. The best outcome is:
AVZ 66% + CATH 24% + DRC 10%.

Let’s think and plan for the possible bad scenarios:
(1) AVZ 51% + DRC 10% + CATH 24% + Jin Cheng 15%.
(2) AVZ 36% + DRC 25% + CATH 24% + Jin Cheng 15%.

IMO, Not too bad if this is option 1, 51% of the ownership.
In fact, my expectation was just 51%. I never thought AVZ could hold 66%, based on my business experience with African people.
But 66%, I reckon if it is true, will be a bonus to me and beyond my expectations.
However, if it is option 2, I will be out immediately to secure a profit.
