My apologies as I assumed that any serious trader would be aware of the meaning BEOT and the fact that on any given day they breach sect 1041a
of the Corporations act numerous times.......

"Section 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an artificial price for trading in various financial products, including shares and futures. Some considered the relevant test was settled for all financial products following the High Court decision in DPP (Cth) v JM (2013) 298 ALR 615, a case involving ASX-listed shares."

But to your question lest I be accused of straying from the matter at hand.....

So you might say, then why does not ASIC act on this if it is so.?

That question has been asked on many occasions........we still await an acceptable response.

Needless to say before the market opened today, the closing price of CXO had already been predetermined.
