Do you really own 75% though? Management are saying they believe so in legal standing but it appears there is a legal contest regarding this.

IMO the sell off wasn't a result of Jin Cheng appearing (might have contributed) but a result of Dathomir claiming it terminated the agreement/option that AVZ has said to have exercised that increased it's holding from 60% to 75% back in August 2021.

Its big news and a worry. How long has management sat on this for? It's clearly material and the market should have been made aware asap.

I'd be asking management if a share certificate exists stating that AVZ's interest in Dathcom is 75%...
