Yalumba is owned by the Hill-Smith family, who established Negociants International in 1986. Which distributes a large number of big wineries, including First Family of Wines member Henschke. They appear to represent 35 other major wineries.

Henschke was previously mention in an ASX announcement about 18 months ago but never actually eventuated??? Except for the actual dollar per case income amount for DW8, they would increase SP on name alone.

McWilliams went broke and was sold in April 21.
Calabria Family Wines will acquire McWilliam's brands, intellectual property, and stock holdings as well as the Hanwood vineyard, winery and cellar door. Medich Family Office will take over the Mount Pleasant winery and assets.

Opinion: The First Family of Wines are a very close knit group and if one signs (and of course happy) I dare say others will follow.
