    Basic course rules at any level. The provider cannot set a student up to fail.
    Before a student is allowed to start any course
    1 either they have previously done an LL&N exam to the level required
    2 The student sits one before they commence. If they don’t pass, extra training has to be provided
    Nothing to do with ATAR
