At a future outgoing of 40 million per year times the three year timeframe given by WP till ‘in the money’ then IF this is accurate then a take over bid should be imminent (would be a reasonable expectation). IF not which of the above two assumptions are incorrect?

$50 puts the MC value at circa $650m. This is way under WP estimates in that Kohler interview.
My suspicion is you have substantially underclubbed, based on what was said in that interview
