not just somebodyfor someone whom is supposedly that qualified and experienced I would have thought he would be shooting lightning bolts from his eyes. Alas troving through fine print without contextualisation seems to be what the "best" can come up; we will wait for him to recover his enthusiasm as there are plenty more announcements for him to analyse with the field work season opening up.
