"Even to the point of blaming their own shareholders for the current position the companies in."

Just for general discussion. I agree with your comments on the whole about companies who won't take responsibility for their own actions. But is that actually the case for this company? Just a question.

Let's have a look at this. I'll throw out a few questions as I have looked at it.
    1. Can you show me any CGB unsolicited (not from questions asked) reports/ann's where the company is directly blaming shareholders?
    2. Do you believe that rumours or misinformation can affect sentiment in the market for a company stock?

So let's have a look at the comments again and relate it to a time period 2019. Q & A response from Sholom Feldman. Post #: 60213386

"It seemed clear to us that many of ASX's issues were due to our own shareholders or hot copper social media keyboard warriors contacting the ASX and raising issues with the ASX that in turn the ASX felt the need to scrutinise our Company more than what would have otherwise been the case. So unfortunately it appears to us that some of our own shareholders were responsible for sabotaging the company during that period and delaying the relisting, which cost all of us dearly."

Re the 3 'bold' typeface statements above posted to this public forum in the 16 Mar 2022 Q & A:
    1. Did the ASX actually tell CGB that complaints were coming from shareholders?
    2. Is there any evidence that the ASX, based on those complaints, scrutinised CGB's opeartions and request further compliance?
    3. Were there shareholders who contacted ASIC or the ASX back during the suspension, who were members of HC or other SM groups?
    4. Did the discussion on the webcast recently about rumours on SM come as a solicited request to a question or did the company announce it on the webcast as part of the presentation to cover any mismanagement?
    5. Is there any evidence of misinformation being posted on SM that might cause shareholders to go to a newspaper reporter or prompt a company to reply to questions asked by its shareholders?

This is how I am currently assessing how the company is responding, as any shareholder should do.

Cheers and thanks for your feedback.
