Re point 4, I noticed the same re currency differences. A similar disparity occurs with the subscription fees. I believe the JV would buy at a fixed unit cost in either USD or CAD. The margin creep on hardware and airtime would simply to flow to ZOLEO and on to Beam in higher gross margin.
One thing I'll add is it that Beam are charging to Kiwi's in AUD. That's disrespectful and could be leading to lower takeup. I still don't know if they get a +64 number with their subscription?
