This is very frustrating for shareholders. We finally get time in court, and they spend that time talking about covering costs and not the actual issues that the court case is about. Feels like a waste of the courts time and could be used much better.
Or perhaps it is timewasting tactics by ASX. If they were confident in their case, let it play out and then chase costs later. I'm no lawyer but I am a taxpayer and I feel that the taxes I am paying aren't being well spent.
